For lunch, she had a delicious bowl of apple sauce and a sprite. Later, she did have some cheesecake but only a tiny bit because she wasn't sure she could keep it down. We've already decided that we're going to have a repeat so that it can be done right...LOL Birthday Loot:

Well, this is it. I have officially turned 30 years whatever (young? old? terms that seem foreign to my mind).
I've heard so many stories about how it was for other people when they turned 30. One person actually said that once you turn 30, you just start falling apart. (LOL) Others simply felt a bit down or depressed about it.
So far - I don't feel much different, except for a bit a something in the back of my mind that says, "Whew. That's over" (in reference to my 20's). I can't really explain it, except to say that there is a feeling that the real stuff can now begin now that the necessary (however useless it seemed at the time) time has passed. I don't really know what that means - I just know that I feel as if I can finally get going.
It probably sounds strange but I feel elated.
Perhaps it will hit later about this latest turn of events. Perhaps not. Either way, I'm ready to go.
However, at the moment, I am also pretty tired...I'm going to go to bed. LOL
