A CIRCLE CAST

Food Diary for Today -

I'm still bored but for the record -
small serving of Linguini w/ chunky garden style sauce
2 pieces stuffed crust almost-veggie pizza (can't be without my RDA of cheese..it's a necessary nutrient, y'know...)

I got the info for that self-defense course - it is right up my alley!! They also offer all kinds of self defense courses, including advanced handgun and rifle tactics. Of course, I'm not comfortable saying much more about, considering the feelings of many people right now especially after all the insanity surrounding many high schools right now. I'll be branded a trigger-happy, angry maniac.
