Been an interesting week so far ~ C.M. continues to recouperate, although he insists on getting up and trying to carry on with his normal schedule...until his side starts complaining. He discovered that the doctor didn't tell him that he has two fractured ribs ~ the 3rd and the 6th on his left side. Joy.
He's been carhunting with his mom this week ~ he said that he test drove 5 cars yesterday. Sheesh ~ no wonder he came home in pain. I keep telling him that it's entirely too soon but what do I know? I'm just the crazy person in the background. I don't know anything.
Saw that guy that made moves on me back in February. He came in to see C.M. at Tech. I don't know what I did but something happened. He walks in, puts his hands on my shoulders (I was on the computer at the time) and says, "How are you, pretty lady?!" I don't know how it came out but all I said was, "Pretty good..." and he jerked his hands back fast! I've got to pay attention to the tone of my voice ~ it could come in handy some day!
